Isle of Capri in Bettendorf, Iowa (Quad Cities) houses a small poker room of about 6 tables. The entire boat looks like someone tried to model a brick-and-mortar casino after the decor of Paradise Poker, but in general the room is quite inviting and the staff seems friendly. Because of their small size, most games are scheduled weekly games with sign-up lists; newcomers are of course welcome to enter the games when seats open, but are advised to call ahead.

Games spread Edit

Limit hold 'em Edit

  • $3/6 - As in much of the Midwest, this game is their staple.

No-limit hold 'em Edit

  • $2-5 - Saturdays

Omaha hi/lo Edit

  • Twice weekly (I believe, can't find my notes)

7-card stud hi/lo Edit

  • Saturdays

Dealer's choice Edit

  • $6/12 - Tuesdays at 1:30 pm, Wednesdays at 7:00 pm, Fridays at 1:00 pm (I believe, this may have actually been HE)
  • $20/40 - Thursdays at 2:00 pm

Observations Edit

26 April 2006, PhilipR: The $6/12 was already running at around 2 pm or so.
