One-dollar chip

The Horseshoe Council Bluffs has an elegant poker room of approximately 25 tables in Council Bluffs, Iowa, near Omaha, Nebraska. Apparently Harrah's moved the poker room from their Harrah's-branded property nearby to here in early 2006, so this is presently the only casino poker room in the Council Bluffs-Omaha metropolitan area. Observations Edit

Wednesday, 26 April 2006, 20:30 - 22:00 CDT, PhilipR: I was only there briefly and didn't observe all the games going. I think there were some low-limit games, and possibly some higher-stakes NLHE; there appeared to be around 6-10 games going. At least two of them were $2-5 NLHE. My short-stack all-in reraise with AK was called by the raiser with QTs, so this game obviously attracts a lot of people there for the gamble even on a weeknight.
