Constant Rijkenberg is a Dutch professional poker player. He won the 2009 European Poker Tour Sanremo tournament and more than 1,500,000 Euros. During the EPT Sanremo tournament Rijkenberg signed a deal with ThePlayr.com to represent the site and be a Team ThePlayr.com Pro. He wore the websites t-shirt from day two of the event thru the final table. After the tournament it became known that Rijkenberg was staked to play in the tournament and once he won, he was not able to repay all of his backers due to the fact that he sold more than 100% of his action. William Franceschine said on his blog  that Rijkenberg still owes him 65,000 Euro's from the event, as Franceschine purchased 5% of Rijkenbergs action - worth 75,000 Euros at the end of the event, only 10 of which Franceschine claims to have received.

There was also quite a large stir on the dutch poker forums about the staking fiasco, particularly on pokernews.nl, here is a good recap from CoinFlip.com.
