Located roughly between Fort Myers and Naples in Bonita Springs, this poker room is at the site of a former dog track, which is how it's licensed. The building also houses a full-service restaurant and bar, and a parimutuel wagering facility.

Game Info: As you might imagine, at these low limits, most players are fairly bad or inexperienced players. They seem to fall into one of three categories:
- passive rocks who call preflop with almost anything, and will call the turn with any pair, but usually fold the river, and never bet or raise unless they have a huge hand.
- chasers who call preflop and on all streets with almost anything
- aggressive youngsters who raise on draws or bluffs, and reraise with nothing even against large fields of rocks.
Categories your opponents and win their money.
Rake: 10% of the pot, max $6, plus $2 for the jackpot once the pot hits $20.
Posting: New players do not need to post to enter the game.
Shuffling: Some tables have auto-shufflers, some are hand-shuffled.
Wait Time: Varies greatly due to low player count; can be as much as 30-60 minutes if there is no current seat available.
Tournaments[]
All tournaments are 8-handed Texas hold 'em. Tournament entries range from $100 to $400. Single-table tournaments are offered as well.
Jackpots and Promotions[]
High hand jackpots are offered at some times. The jackpot is paid every half-hour, minimum hand is jacks full, the pot must be $20 or more, and both hole cards must play. Payout depends on the game limit, $200 for 2-4 limit, $500 for 3-6 limit and 1/2 no limit, and $1000 for higher limits. The jackpot is paid in cash.
There is also a royal flush jackpot; both hole cards must play, and the payout is $500.
For the royal flush and high-hand jackpot, players are not supposed to announce that they're on a jackpot draw, but some players will ask the dealer to "spread out the pot so I can count it," to indicate their situation. Most players will gladly see a flop and check down, understanding what a $10 bet means; ideally a jackpot winner would return the bet when possible.
There is no bad-beat jackpot
Atmosphere[]
The poker room is well-lit and clean. There is no smoking in the poker room, though there is a covered outdoor smoking area accessible through a door to the far side of the entrance, and some players will simply walk out front to smoke as well. There is a restroom between the entrance podium and the cashier's cage. If you are on the waiting list, there is a lounge area by the entrance podium, as well as table games.
You get a strange mix of players here, ranging from the retired rocks whiling away the hours to young hotshots who want to play the way they see on TV, to pros playing in the larger games.
Neighborhood: just off of Bonita Beach Road (exit 116 off I-75), the poker room is roughly midway between US-41 and I-75, and is in an area with mostly light commercial real estate.
Parking: In dozens of visits, I've never had trouble finding a parking spot, although spots close to the doors are often hard to come by.
Tables and Chairs: Standard 9-player tables with drink holders on the rail. Felt is nice, soft, and relatively new, with good padding and a clean commit line. Felt runs all the way to the rail. Tables feel slightly higher than average, compared to the chairs. Side tables for drinks and food are available.
Service and Comps[]
Semi-frequent cocktail service (standard casino cocktails).
Fairly frequent visits by a wandering masseuse offering massages.
